Always stay here when in Zagreb . Staff are lovely and very efficient. Cleaning staff are very good. Ana at front of house is amazing, makes you feel like royalty. The hotel is spotlessly clean and smells define. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else . Thank you Ana x

I enjoyed my stay here. Spent a night, was able to check in early. The entire premises was clean, new and very beautifully designed. Super cosy, I was able to completely relax after a very active day. Amazing breakfast for the price and you can even have a real espresso coffee which I appreciated a lot. Amazing service both at check in and during breakfast. I loved the location as I had an event nearby and it’s also walking distance to the bus station. Tram stops are in the vicinity and you can get to the main square in approx. 8 stops. Free hotel parking for those arriving by car. Amazing value for money. Thank you.

The hotel is located a couple of kilometers/miles from Zagreb center, in a quieter area. There are nearby trams with which you can easily reach the center in minutes. There are a few small restaurants, pubs, and shops around. The hotel has 2 small buildings with 3-4 floors - the main building and an "annex" (we heard it had no elevator, but we stayed in the main one which has). Each floor has about 6-7 rooms. They have their own small parking lot between the buildings, and we always found parking there, though sometimes it was a little more difficult to find. The room was average in size, with a modern shower (no bath). I have to say the bed was a little squeaky, but just a little. Breakfast was served on floor -1. There were many items, but they were constantly running out of them and not replenishing them on time. The service at the reception was superb! They seemed to try and help us in any way possible, suggesting places to sit together in the hotel or visit outside, giving tips, providing us with wine glasses etc.

We stayed in that recently opened hotel at the end of April. The location of the hotel is ideal! This is the Fatih area, usually noisy, but the hotel faces a small street closed for traffic. All the main sights of this side of Istanbul and Eminönü jetty are only 10 minutes away. The hotel is not a big, rooms look standard, but they have enough space (we stayed in a Standard room). End of course it’s very nice everything is absolutely new. There is a kettle, some kind of tea, bottles of water in a room. We prefer to have breakfast outside but the hotel also serve it on the terrace. I especially want to mention Elif, who works at the reception. She helped me with a difficult situation, responded quickly and efficiently. I am sure next time I will stay in Livro hotel again.

Very modern and clean. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Breakfast had many options and the staff was super friendly with our kid. Parking is available. Walking distance from the bus station where the airport shuttle drops you. Also tram 2 and 6 take you to the city center in 5 minutes
